  • No. There is no real estate ownership, long-term contract, financing, maintenance fee or obligation to renew. Your annual membership simply provides a set number of nights to enjoy at Vineyard Woods during the 2027 membership year.

  • No. Your nights can be booked throughout the year, subject to availability. July-October are our highest demand months, so book those dates early.

  • For the reserve club member, you choose, provided each visit is a minimum of three consecutive nights.

    For the Club member, you will have four different visits (each Sunday check-in and Friday check-out).

  • No. The Club's 20 ncluded nights are available Sunday through Thursday.

    If weekend access is important to you, The Reserve Club allows your 12 included nights to be used any night of the week.

  • Yes. Reserve Club nights can be used any night of the week, including Sunday through Thursday.

  • No. All stays are subject to cottage availability. Booking earlier will provide the greatest selection of dates and cottages.

  • Yes. Vacation Club members receive 50% off additional stays booked within 7 days of arrival, subject to availability. Nights booked prior to 7 days of arrival are full price.

  • Yes. Each Vacation Reserve Club visit requires a minimum stay of three consecutive nights.

    The Vacation Club is four different visits, each 5 nights each (Sunday-Friday)

  • No. Vacation Club memberships are non-transferable.

  • No. The 2027 Vacation Club is an annual membership. There is no long-term ownership commitment or obligation to renew.

  • No. This membership is only good for our one bedroom luxury cottages and one bedroom suites.
